RIDER REGISTRATION: All
riders must properly register before entering the track. All riders must
personally be present for rider registration. Minors must accompany their
parent or guardian to registration. REFUNDS:
No refunds once racing has begun.

VEHICLE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED –
CAN BE PURCHASED AT FRONT GATE TICKET BOOTH $15.00 -
YOU MAY RIDE RACE BIKE TO & FROM TRACK - MAXIMUM SPEED 8 MILES PER HOUR - Pit Riders must wear a helmet
MEDICAL INSURANCE: We do
not have Rider Medical Insurance, and urge you not to race without it. Riders
are responsible for their own medical insurance. Rider medical insurance is
available through the AMA’s RAMP Program at (800)-556-7614 or visit www.insurance4ama.com.
PETS: All pets ALL SIZES must be
on a leash. No vicious or barking pets permitted YOU MAY BE ASK TO LEAVE. You must clean up after
your dog be prepared with bags.
TRACK RADIO STATION:
Please keep your radio tuned to FM 88.1
, for up-to-date announcements and information.
TICKETS:
Your arm band is your weekend pass and must be worn at all times. If
you leave the facility, you must have it on your wrist in order to re-enter. This is
your gate ticket. Do not take it off.
GARBAGE:
Please use our trash receptacles. If you need trash bags, you can get them from
the front gate.

Special Needs:
If you need handicapped parking accommodations or have other special needs, let
us know when you arrive and we will do our best to accommodate you.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
No fireworks, firearms, weapons, illegal substances, glass containers or any
other items that may pose a safety hazard to our guests or competitors are
permitted.
SEARCH POLICY:
All persons, vehicles and their contents are subject to search at any time.
If any fireworks or other prohibited items are found, you may remove them from
the property yourself, or we will dispose of them for you. We are not
responsible for the safe return of any confiscated items.
GUEST CONDUCT:
Motocross racing is a family sport. We will not tolerate offensive or
inappropriate conduct and reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises.
Riders are responsible for the conduct of their crew members, family and
friends.
BANNERS: DO NOT take the banners or
signage. Violators will be prosecuted for theft and trespassing.
PARKING: We will park you as you arrive,
in the next available space, in the area of your choice. You
may not save spots for persons arriving later. If you want to camp with
someone, please meet them off-site and arrive together. Camping spaces
are no wider than 20’. Spots will be marked. No campsites, tents
or awnings are permitted within 20’ of the motocross track fence.
CAMPFIRES: No campfires please. Due to
the large amount of guests and racing rigs, we cannot permit fires of any kind.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is 10:00 pm
nightly. All loud noise, including loud generators, must be
turned off at this time. Our racers need their rest!
RV PUMP SERVICE: For Qualifier Only.
Service will be available Saturday morning .
There will be a fee. Pick up a
“Pump Out” request marker from the Main Gate and post it on your windshield to
signal service.
RV DUMP STATION – LOCATED at SLEEPY
HOLLOW Campground ; At track entrance
turn left ½ mile to Rt. 360, Old Richmond Rd, turn left follow 360 approximately 4 miles turn right onto Rt. 716, Keeling
Drive, 3 miles Campground is on Right . There is
a charge for dumping.
WATER & ICE: Potable water and
ice can be purchased at track concession and at the Food Lion, turn right out of track follow 729, Kentuck Rd, 12 miles turn left
into driveway between Carters Bank and Old Dominion Hardware, 1000 yards before
stop light at Rt 58.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: All
racing rigs/motor homes/camping vehicles must have fully functioning fire
extinguishers readily available in the event of an emergency. Fire Extinguishers will be at Starting Line, Finish Line, Rider Registration and at Front Ticket Booth

Tank Exchange Stations at Paul’s Place left out of track ½ mile. Also Food Lion follow instructions above @

Tanks Filled at Buffalo Gas: Turn right out of track onto Rt. 729, Kentuck
Rd. 12.7 miles to traffic light turn left on to Rt. 58- 1 mile to Dodson Dr.
